Biography:
Darcie Schmidt is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of diverse experience in the medical field. She received both her Bachelor's in Nursing and Master's in Nursing with a Family Practice emphasis from South Dakota State University.Throughout her career, Darcie has worked alongside Trauma Surgeons and Hospitalists at Avera McKennan, and provided essential care in rural family practice and emergency room settings. Her commitment to serving patients in various healthcare environments showcases her adaptability and dedication to the field.
Darcie is excited to bring her expertise back to Fall River Health Services, where she values the exceptional staff, state-of-the-art facility, and the welcoming community of Hot Springs. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family, sharing their love for music, fishing, and hunting.
