Fall River Health Services (FRHS) is accepting sealed bids for an unconstructed Armstrong Steel Building.

Building Specifications:

48’ X 105’ X 14’
Roof slope 2.0: 12
Material: 26 gauge steel
Colors: Roof - charcoal; Wall panel – desert; trim – charcoal; partition - brilliant
Only steel structure. No doors or other material with package.
Construction plans (Armstrong Steel Building) and bid form (Offer to Purchase Property) are available on frhssd.org/bid.

NO CONTINGENCY SALE: The building is offered for sale and will be sold “As Is” without representation, warranty, or guaranty as to quantity, quality, title, character, condition, size, or kind, or that the same is in condition or fit to be used for the purpose for which intended, and no claim for any allowance or deduction upon such grounds will be considered after the bid opening or conclusion.

FRHS reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids received late or incomplete will not be considered. Please submit your highest and best offer as there will be no oral bidding or second chance bids.

The building will be sold for cash or cashier’s check. Bidders acknowledge they are making an irrevocable legal and binding offer to purchase the property described. The successful bid, when accepted by FRHS, shall constitute an agreement of sale. In the rare occasion that there are tie bids, those bidders will be notified and have 48 hours to submit their final and best offer to break the tie. The awarded bidder will be notified on or around November 5, 2024. Full payment will be required within 10 business days of notification. No credit terms are available. Upon payment clearance, moving and transporting the building material is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and must be complete within 30 days.
