Fall River Health Services Behavioral Health Clinic welcomes Dr. Garrigan, M.D., to their team.

Dr. Garrigan is a South Dakota native from Onida. Garrigan, a United States Army Corps of Engineers Program Analyst, and later a Natural Resource Specialist in SD, completed her medical degree and residency/fellowship training through University of South Dakota.

Garrigan knew that she wanted to return to the Black Hills to begin her career. “When looking at different career opportunities in the area, Hot Springs stood out for a number of reasons: the beauty, the location-closer to family, the size, and most importantly, the people. I look forward to being a productive member of the community and helping in any way I can. I will assist individuals to participate in their life in ways that gives them a sense of pride and purpose.”
